	PRICE INCLUDES:
	1. Music selection from our library 2. Artwork - 4 color 4/0 imprint in 2-3 locations. Front cover and back tray card imprint area approximately 2”x2”. Inside imprint area approximately 5” x 5”. Back tray card matches cover artwork and lists music titles. 3. Standard packaging includes jewel case or greeting card. Both have an identical look and identical imprint locations. Greeting card comes with a white envelope and is slightly larger. Mailers available for purchase for both packaging options for $.59(R) each.
	OPTIONS:
	1. Packaging: Options include Digi-pak, Wallet Sleeve, 5"x7" Mailer, Album Sleeve, Tin, Pop-Up w/ Assembly,Clamshell, Paper & Vinyl Sleeve. Please call for quote. 2. Custom Disk Art: Logo imprint area approximately 2”x2” or client provided camera ready art. Some limitations apply. Qty: 50-499 $.42(r) running charge. $100(r) set-up fee. 	ART SPECIFICATIONS:
	E-mail artwork to graphics@musicspecialties.com. High resolution (300 dpi) PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPG and AI files accepted. No Quark, Corel, Excel, or Word files please. For custom color match, please provide hard copy print-out of artwork.
	OTHER:
	1. A proof of your artwork will be e-mailed or faxed before printing and shipping order. An approval is required before printing. 2. Samples available at no charge. Please provide FedEx or UPS shipper number. 3. Payment/Terms - all orders require a 50% prepayment by check or credit card. Balance is net 30. 4.
