shipped on a customer shipper number are charged a modest shipping and
handling fee. All orders shipped on Fed-Ex numbers are charged an $11.00
net pick-up fee, which we are charged by Fed-Ex. |

are extensive; please provide only one logo per set-up charge.

received, examine it very carefully. You will be charged for any reprint
due to your approval of incorrect artwork. |
